For items that are currently not in stock, the order will be accepted by Porkka UK Limited and placed on back order. Delivery dates will be advised on a case-by-case basis.
In Stock Orders
Web Orders that can be fulfilled solely with in stock products are sent the same day on a next working day delivery service, if ordered before 15:00 Monday to Friday.
Partial Stock Orders
Web orders that have stock and non-stock items are not part shipped without clear instruction is received from the customer; Please note additional shipping charges may apply.

Current Standard Carriage Charges
Shipping costs will be advised at time of order and are based on weight and volume of package.
Collection
Orders placed where the customer opts to collect may be collected from Porkka UK Limited premises by agreement between 9.00AM and 4.00PM Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
